Sana Sachdeva is a holistic healer, mind body relationship practitioner and crystal healer with over 7 years of experience. She is also the founder of an NGO called Uday Care Trust. She believes that true healing only happens when the healing takes place at a deeper level. The connection between mind, body and soul is her key approach.

Her work for underprivileged kids & others who have been ignored by the society through her NGO has enabled her to truly get into the shoes of others & develop lost lasting connections. This creates a safe space which enhances the healing process.
