Did you know humans have a second brain?

The second brain, located in our abdomen, has the largest collection of neurons found in the body outside of the brain, and because of its ability to operate entirely independently it has often been referred to as our second brain. What if we told  you that a new field of science, neurogastroenterology, has arisen to study this. But why is this even relevant? Because it produces, and utilizes, a large volume of neurotransmitters, including around 95 percent of the body’s serotonin and 50 percent of the body’s dopamine.

This complicated mass of neurons act as an internal guiding system that works by understanding energy, vibe, emotions and universal signals that are beyond the factual scope of our brains. As we say at goldenhand, “energy flows where attention goes”. Due to lack of awareness & attention on what we call as the source of gut feeling or intuition, we have lost the connection with the second brain. This communication gap can cause anxiety, panic, loss of focus along with adversely affecting self esteem & confidence.

The simple solution to all these problems are the practices of meditation & pranayama. These have been scientifically proven to enhance numerous aspects of physical & mental wellbeing. However, a lot of us struggle keeping up with it due to lack of guidance, tools & techniques. We have provided a modern twist to traditional meditation and pranayama in this program. We have developed a routine which combines visualization meditation & pranayama breathing techniques. We have included a combination of five breathing exercises that makes it easier & quicker for an individual to attain a meditative state of mind (AKA flow) whilst providing a multitude of physical & mental health benefits. The routine will be taught to you slowly & steadily over a course of 12 days. This will enable you to master all the 5 essential pranayama techniques. Once you get a hold on the breathing practices, you will be taught visualization before providing you the final guided 25 min meditation routine.

Preeyanngi is the co- founder of Golden hand. Over the course of her 25 years of experience, she has attained Grand mastery in reiki and has developed professional expertise in tarot reading, numerology, pranayama, yoga and targeted guidance-meditation. She has done extensive study on breathing and its influence on the human body. She has also explored meditation regimes of the great gurus and institutes like Osho, Art of Living, Isha and Brahma Kumari which has allowed her to understand what kind of practices best suits a particular purpose.
