Due to the current fast paced and stressful lifestyle that majority of the people have these days, we have gotten used to an automated mode of lifestyle. This results in adoption of unthoughtful habits, practices and thought patterns. Due to unconscious repetition of these practices, they get embedded in our subconscious minds. These habits and patterns tend to become our “control room” that controls the way we think, feel and act. Hence instead of consciously controlling our life, we get controlled by the automated repeated patterns embedded in our body and mind cycles.
Our self reflection program is curated to make you more conscious about your life. Self-reflective journaling is used to make you aware of the ways you think, feel and act with respect to different domains of your life. The program is the combination of 1-to-1 consultations and a comprehensive workbook designed by counsellors and holistic healers as a result of extensive R&D. It enables you to re-discover and reengineer yourself. Our course works on fundamental areas of life which we call our building blocks. The building blocks include health & physical wellbeing, internal self, relationships and finance & careers. Each block is further divided into four pillars that enable you to reflect on each building block in detail. Self reflective questions are used to help in getting to the roots of your belief, vision, purpose & goal setting pertaining to that building block. These building blocks have been spread over the course of 12 days providing you ample time to engage with the workbook write ups, questionnaires and consultations. We believe in holistic learning, hence our course consists of different modes of engagement with the data and resources we provide.

We have divided our self reflection program into 4 building blocks. Each building block is dedicated to a crucial area of life. Each building block rests on 4 pillars : belief, vision, purpose & goal setting.
Phase 1: Health and physical wellbeing
The human body is the most complex instrument and therefore its upkeep & maintenance is far beyond and much deeper than simply losing weight or gaining muscle. This category is designed to explore the idea of physical health and wellness in a wholesome manner. Our goal is to guide you to make physical health and wellness a priority & lifestyle subject instead of a temporary goal. Our focus is to shift the narrative to holistic wellness through the balance of body, mind and soul.

Phase 2: Inner Self
This category is dedicated to getting a more in-depth understanding of who you are emotionally, intellectually and spiritually. It will enable you to explore your character and instill emotional intelligence through self awareness. You will learn the influence of thoughts on behaviour and explore the importance of emotional release.

Phase 3: Relationships

Meet the instructor
Sana Sachdeva is a holistic healer with over 5 years of experience with crystal healing. She is also the founder of an NGO called Uday Care Trust. She believes that true healing only happens when the healing takes place at a deeper level. The connection between mind, body and soul is her key approach. She discovered her purpose at an early age in her life through her own journey of self healing. Her work for underprivileged kids and others who have been ignored by the society through her NGO has enabled her to truly get into the shoes of others and develop lost lasting connections. This creates a safe space which enhances the healing process.
